Electrical Project Manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager on Entertainment attractions and Commercial Buildings, with Electrical contracts of $5 Million or greater.
  • Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and Accubid or equal estimating software platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop customer and subcontractor relationships. Manage, Identify, and pursue new customer opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
  • Assist in ongoing training and mentorship to employees to ensure growth and development.
  • Manage and lead projects and project teams through successful mobilization, execution, and closeout. Current and monthly cash flow & manpower projections for projects.
  • Ensure all project and contractual agreements are met and performed safely within established budgets and timeframes
  • Manage project financials, review, and approve project invoices, track budget variance, job cost, and productivity, and report on financial status and outcome for project projections.
  • Complete change order pricing and negotiating and negotiations.
  • Provide project scheduling and productivity tracking.
  • Work closely with the company production manager and field team to ensure projects are completed on schedule within labor budget and hours.
  • Identify potential project risks & issues, along with the development & execution of recovery action plans.
